Terms & Conditions:

- Amy Trudgian retains the copyright to all artwork, including prints, greeting cards and commissioned originals.

- Amy Trudgian has the right to use commissioned pieces for promotional use.

- The buyer has right to display Amy's artwork in their home, however artwork may not be reproduced without the artist written permission. 

- Contact for information regarding buying the full copyright of your drawing.

Gift Cards:

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be used in one transaction, towards a pet portrait commission or via the shop.

If the value of the voucher is less than the deposit required for a pet portrait, the client will need to pay the difference to start the commission and the remaining balance will need to be paid before the commission is posted. If the value of the voucher is more than the deposit, this can be subtracted from the final cost. If the value of the Gift voucher is more than the commission or order via the shop, the remaining amount is lost. 

 

The voucher has a unique code, so it is up to the purchaser and recipient to keep the code a secret!

To use the gift voucher towards a commission please get in touch to discuss. Once the deposit is paid and the reference photo is sent, the client will be added to the waiting list.

The voucher is only redeemable to Amy E Trudgian Art.
